Since our Summer SAT/ACT classes fill up so quickly, we offer an Early Enrollment system that will: - guarantee a seat for the Summer season. - allow you to enroll at least a day before the General Public enrollment opens.  This is a FREE sign-up that will assign you an enrollment date/time. You will enroll in early January. 

The Early Enrollment list will open mid-December. It will remain open until enrollment begins or the list fills, whichever one comes first. In the last few years, our lists have not filled to capacity to alleviate any concerns. 

1) You need to have created a parent AND student account and the one you're using needs to be 100% complete.  - To create your account, visit kabirsprep.com and click Log In. Select 'Create one', select your role (Guardian or Student), and type in your email address. Once you have created your account, complete it by verifying your email/phone number and adding your personal details. After your account is complete, click Profile and "Invite Student/Guardian" (whichever one you're not) and fill out their personal details. This will create their account and link it to yours. They will receive an email to finish setting up their account. 2) Starting on December 1st, click the Early Enrollment button on the banner (at the top of the homepage or on your account page) and fill out your preferences.   3) Submit your request. It will come to us, and within 48 hours you will receive your enrollment date/time via email and text message. Your information will also be visible on your account.  4) When your enrollment date/time comes, log back into your account and enroll. This is when you will select your schedule and make the payment. 

Within 48 hours. You will receive an email and text message with your assigned date/time.  Contacting us will not speed up the process nor will it give you an earlier enrollment time. 

Unfortunately, no you cannot change your enrollment date, but we make it a fair process so each student has the same chance to enroll in all of the classes.  You must log in when your enrollment opens to ensure you get a spot. Once the next day comes, your spot is no longer guaranteed. 

Either parent or student can.  The key is to make sure you have BOTH a parent and student account linked together, and the account you are using must be 100% complete (phone/email verified and personal details added). 

At your assigned time, your group's enrollment opens. This is when you will need to log in and enroll by selecting the schedule and making the payment.  If you are already logged in when your enrollment opens, you will need to refresh the page to be able to enroll.  Historically, we have had classes fill up before the general public opens so it is important to be on time and enroll promptly.  You are guaranteed a space in the course, but we cannot promise it will be in the class you want. We set aside seats for every class for each early enrollment time, but we cannot determine which classes fill first. That is why we ask you to plan your top 3 classes out so you have a backup if your top choice sells out.  Keep in mind we do offer the flexibility to request to change your scheduled event to a different class timing for any conflicts that arise.
