We understand at times life happens and you may need to delay enrollment. On a case by base basis, we do allow you to delay your enrollment to a later term. If you would like to delay your enrollment you can email us at help@kabirsprep.com with an official request. Please include the name of the student, official reason for the delay, and possible re-enrollment term. Be aware you can delay your term only once and once you are reenrolled we will not be able to delay your enrollment again. You will have one year to use your credit for the purposes of enrollment. You will be given Kabir’s Prep credit and will be responsible for reenrolling yourself in a future term.
As long as we have space available in the course you desire we are more than open to switching to an alternate course. Please submit us a written request to help@kabirsprep.com with the student’s name, desired course, and reason for the switch. Any payment balance that remains must be paid once the course transfer is complete.
Unfortunately, we do not currently meet parents individually before enrollment occurs. We do, however, believe that clear and comprehensive communication is part of every enrollment process. We welcome you to call and have an enrollment consultation with any member of our staff. For certain seasons we try to offer a parent orientation session after enrollment occurs but prior to the start of the session.
You can enroll in any course by clicking the enroll button online. Note that the Summer and Fall enrollment opens in January of the given year.  If you don’t see any enrollment options, enrollment for the next season is not open yet (if you're looking 6+ months early) or classes may currently be full (if you're looking up to a few months before the course). Our enrollment does fill up very quickly. But to reduce stress, we offer an early enrollment process that you can sign up for on our website. This process allows you to enroll a few days ahead of the general enrollment. Anyone can take advantage of this process as long as they set up their account and sign up for it. As people register, we split up the interested individuals into three different waves. Each wave is allowed to enroll on a date and time before our general enrollment. After early enrollment is over, any remaining spots in the course will fill up at general enrollment. Our courses do fill up very quickly, but having approval for early enrollment means that you can get a spot in the course you want as long as you enroll at the time your wave opens. We cannot guarantee that you will get a spot with early enrollment. It is still up to you to use your preferred access before all spots are taken at general enrollment. We also cannot guarantee a spot for a specific class (like class A, B, or C, for example). If you need a specific class time due to a busy schedule it is important to be ready at the time your wave opens to secure it. If you can't enroll for the class that you want, you can enroll for another and submit event change requests once the Student Portal opens. These event change have over a 90% approval rate, as long as they are submitted with adequate time before the event in question.

We teach 2 seasons: summer and fall. While our announcement of enrollment doesn’t have a planned date, we encourage students and parents to look into enrollment 6 months prior to the start of any season. The summer season starts in June and the fall starts in October. The best way to keep up with the enrollment is to sign up for the newsletter, check the website for updates, and call us (248) 973-7452. 
We do not offer a waitlist at this time. After the course fills we generally do not have much movement and we don't want to disappoint anyone.
