We accept payments with credit cards and debit cards associated with Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, and Discover. We do NOT accept American Express, checks, or cash.
At this time we do not allow refunds. Once you enroll in a course, you sign a virtual contract that binds you to our refund policy and to completing payment. Our refund policy is in place to reduce financial costs (processing cost of the original transaction and refund) so those funds can be spent on educational services.

The most common reason for a failed transaction is a billing address that does not match the credit card being used. When a card is incorrectly used once your processor may flag the card and prevent it from being used again. It is best to use another card in this situation and if you are charged twice we will refund any duplicate transaction.

If you are concerned that duplicate transaction has occurred send us an email to help@kabirsprep.com or call us at (248) 973-7452 and we will reverse the transaction. Please be aware that any declined transaction will be listed as pending on your credit card for up to 7 days as a security feature instituted by credit card companies. Unfortunately, we cannot reverse this charge since it is not an actual charge and we have not taken any payment. Please communicate with us directly and we promise to resolve any issue from our end as much as we can. We take payment concerns very seriously and have a strong payment system that prevents against double charges.
We do not offer a money back guarantee or score improvement guarantee. Many companies that offer such a guarantee often have strict rules, set up their practice exams and curves to guarantee improvement, and still hold the right to refuse a refund. We choose to set up our curriculum for what is best for students not what is best for our refund policy: our curriculum advances in difficulty as the course progresses. After all, knowledge is power.
The course payment is due one week before the course begins. The portal will not unlock until payment has been received, so a delay in payment will result in no access to the materials or ability to attend class.
